About the position

Our client is a publicly-traded leading wholesale distributor of building and industrial products with a comprehensive selection of materials for residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects. The company’s product portfolio includes lumber, engineered wood, insulation, roofing materials, and more. We are looking for an experienced Sales Recruiter to recruit for B2B Sales roles such as Territory Managers, Inside & Outside Sales Reps, etc. across the US. This position is fully remote and a six-month contract that could get extended.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit for B2B Sales roles including Territory Managers and Inside & Outside Sales Representatives.
  • Utilize sourcing strategies, including social media recruiting and networking.
  • Manage multiple requisitions and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience recruiting for B2B sales individuals preferably in manufacturing, materials, consumer products, etc.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in the building materials or construction industry.
  • Good understanding of the sales cycle and ability to identify top sales talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with sourcing strategies, including social media recruiting and networking.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Comfortable working remotely.
