Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on hiring enterprise/field sales professionals in high-growth companies.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing passive candidates from direct competitors.
• Exceptional networking skills and creativity in developing candidate pipelines.
• Strong ability to influence and partner with hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Jobvite strongly preferred) and collaboration tools (Google Workspace).
• Expertise in direct sourcing techniques, behavioral interviewing, and candidate assessment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for enterprise sales roles, from sourcing and assessment to offer negotiation and acceptance.
• Proactively identify, attract, and engage top sales talent through creative sourcing strategies, market mapping, and networking.
• Partner closely with Sales leaders and hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver against hiring targets.
• Collaborate with the global recruiting team to design and implement effective recruiting strategies, programs, and best practices.
• Deliver a world-class candidate experience, ensuring consistent communication and a professional process.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics, providing insights that drive continuous improvement in speed, quality, and pipeline health.
