About the position

The Sales Quote System Analyst role at Crown Equipment Corporation involves configuring and implementing changes in the sales quoting software system, leading global pricing updates, and providing configurator coaching. The position requires collaboration with various global cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement efforts on SAP, ultimately aimed at enhancing the sales team's efficiency and increasing global sales revenue.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement changes in the sales quoting software system.
• Lead global pricing updates and configurator coaching integration in SAP.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams such as Pricing Analytics, Marketing, Branch Operations, Sales, and Global Business Systems (GBS).
• Support continuous improvement efforts on SAP to better support the sales team and increase global sales revenue.
• Learn the SAP processes and configuration requirements for the sales quote software module.
• Gather sales quote elements and coordinate activities to improve and create new product information icons in SAP.
• Develop new configurator hints for product options to support the sales team during the quote process.
• Ensure software hints align with ongoing price page updates globally.
• Utilize the Image Gallery to download images and integrate into the price quote tool.
• Ensure photos and videos represent the Company effectively according to corporate standards.
• Upload price books from global manufacturing centers into SAP.
• Lead cross-functional process and timing with Pricing Analytics and the GBS team for pricing updates.
• Validate price data with Sales Quote configurator, global price books, and price pages.
• Assist in writing and editing scripted commands utilizing Python and Iron Python scripting language.
• Update Microsoft Word based documents utilizing tags.

Requirements

• Less than 2 years related experience.
• Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• Non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SAP software.
• Familiarity with Python and Iron Python scripting language.
