We’re looking for an innovative Sales Project Manager to join our growing team. We will rely on you to help take our product to the next level as we scale up and develop our business. The Sales Project Manager for the National Payer Team serves as the central driver of deliverables, timelines, and follow-through for national account initiatives. You will ensure that commitments made during national reviews, summits, and business reviews are executed, tracked, and communicated effectively both internally and externally. You will acts as a connector between the National Payer team, Product, Customer Service, Account Management, and leadership and be accountable for project execution, operational alignment, and enabling sales growth through consistent progress on payer initiatives. Your role is essential to ensure alignment, accountability, and visibility across all internal teams and national payers.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of project management or project coordination experience, ideally in healthcare, payer relations, or SaaS environment
  • Strong follow-up and follow-through skills; skilled at holding teams accountable
  • Exceptional organization and time management abilities
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel; ability to prepare high-quality presentations and tracking materials
  • Salesforce experience required
  • Ability to build and maintain dashboards to track deliverables and timelines
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and present to leadership
  • Experience owning projects from kickoff through execution with minimal oversight
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Excellent troubleshooting, listening, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Project & Deliverables Management Ability to partner with internal departments and external customers to communicate, strategize and set agendas along with creating decks for annual business reviews and National Summits.
  • Own the full lifecycle of deliverables stemming from national payer annual reviews, summits, and strategic sessions.
  • Track, manage, and report on progress toward all action items, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Act as the go-to project driver between Product, Customer Service, and Account Management, ensuring timely follow-through and alignment across teams.
  • Build dashboards and tools to track deliverables, timelines, and outcomes.
  • National Summits, Vision Quest, and ABRs Support two national summits per year, including agenda alignment, deliverable tracking, and follow-up planning.
  • Coordinate all post-summit and post-review action items, ensuring measurable progress is completed and communicated.
  • Training Coordination & User Enablement Coordinate with Customer Service teams and internal SMEs to build and deliver online trainings, workshops, and user sessions as needed.
  • Collect takeaways, collaborate across stakeholders, and continue ideation for improvement.
  • Forecasting & Sales Enablement Support forecasting activities and provide operational alignment to help drive sales opportunities stemming from national account engagements.
  • Ensure teams arrive at summits and ABRs with updated progress, not rehashed or incomplete work.
  • Assist in building ABR decks, Q4 prep materials, and forward-looking deliverables for the following year.
  • Operational Cadence & Timeline Ownership Create and manage timelines, milestone plans, and accountability structures.
  • Present updates to leadership, highlighting progress, risks, delays, and next steps.
  • Maintain a consistent follow-up rhythm across teams to ensure commitments are met.
