The Sales Project Manager for Architectural Building Components is a pivotal role within our organization, focusing on the management and execution of projects in the construction industry. This position requires a proactive individual who can build and maintain strong relationships with clients while overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial bids to final execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. In this role, you will be tasked with establishing and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients, which is crucial for the growth and success of our projects. You will manage the project process, which includes conducting job take-offs, preparing bids, and determining pricing. Your leadership will guide the project from obtaining purchase orders to completing necessary submittals, tracking job progress, and managing any revisions or resubmittals that may arise. Collaboration is key in this position; you will work closely with manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of materials and create detailed room schedules and submittals for contractor and engineer review. Additionally, you will conduct site surveys and attend meetings to troubleshoot any project issues that may occur. Working alongside the internal sales team, you will ensure that all projects align with the established plans, specifications, and contracts, thereby guaranteeing a seamless execution of our services.
