About The Position

Sunland Asphalt, LLC. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Coordinator to join our booming business. Sunland is a leading asphalt solutions provider and general contractor known for delivering exceptional quality, reliability, and innovation to its customers. With a reputation built on decades of combined industry expertise, we specialize in a full range of services-including commercial and residential paving, maintenance and repair, sealcoating, milling, and large‑scale infrastructure projects. The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the outside sales team by managing essential administrative tasks that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall sales performance. This position serves as the operational backbone of the sales department-organizing documentation, processing work orders, updating CRM data, tracking project information, and ensuring timely communication between internal teams and customers. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and proactive, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast‑paced construction environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must be proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must have strong time management and project management skills.
  • Must be results driven and have a strong understanding business operations.
  • Passing a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and background check is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality customer service for the company, by answering customer service phone calls and emails.
  • Manage leads, sales and customer service calls as well as ensure accuracy in CRM.
  • Generates work orders and manage work order flow(s) in the company databases.
  • Coordinates communications between customers and departments including scheduling, preconstruction meetings and addressing questions, problems, and requests..
  • Assist with proposals, statement of qualifications and prequalification/vendor packets, CRM management, etc. when needed.
  • Coordinating with internal departments, coordinating with external partners/vendors, etc.
