We're hiring a Manager/Senior Manager to drive Go-To-Market programs for Agentforce and Data Cloud-two of Salesforce's most critical growth engines. In this highly visible, impact-oriented role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior Sales leadership, owning the design and execution of strategic sales programs that deliver high-quality pipeline and revenue growth. You'll collaborate closely with Sales leaders to understand business needs, and partner cross-functionally with teams across Marketing, Sales Strategy, Enablement, Finance, and Product to build and operationalize scalable sales programs. This role requires a strong grasp of the sales process, a keen eye for detail, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to turn insights into action. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments, can balance long-term vision with short-term execution, and brings a startup mentality with a sharp focus on results. Your executive presence, curiosity, and ability to influence across teams will be key to driving impact at scale.
