About The Position

The Sales Program Director is a senior-level role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and advancing strategic sales initiatives for Trident Security. We are seeking a results-driven leader to define and execute sales strategies, oversee the full sales lifecycle, and serve as a key ambassador for the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing corporate sales, with a proven track record of success throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
  • Significant experience leveraging CRM platforms for pipeline management, forecasting, and the end-to-end development of RFP submissions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently with high efficiency.
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with a focus on client relationship management.
  • Proven ability to design and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Strong capability to analyze market data and performance metrics to solve complex business challenges.
  • Demonstrated judgment in making high-stakes business decisions with accuracy and foresight.
  • Ability to operate independently with a high degree of professional ethics and confidentiality.
  • Superior attention to detail with advanced time management and organizational skills.
  • Valid Driver’s License is required.

  • Active Security Clearance is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals to establish and exceed revenue targets.
  • Business Development: Oversee the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and lead generation to complex deal closure and contract execution.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain high-value client and partner relationships while identifying new market opportunities.
  • Operations & Analysis: Analyze performance metrics, forecast revenue, and optimize sales processes to provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in CRM platforms and manage the development of RFP and proposal packages.
