Trident Security is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Program Coordinator to join our Corporate Office in Huntsville, Alabama. This role requires exceptional skills in lead generation, relationship management, planning, and deal closure. The Sales Program Coordinator will be responsible for setting and achieving sales goals, developing and nurturing client relationships, analyzing sales metrics, and contributing to the growth and success of the company. The successful candidate must be proficient in CRM platform usage, procurement, sourcing, and RFP packages and processes, and demonstrate the ability to represent Trident Security in a professional and positive manner. Strong negotiation skills, quick learning ability, and experience in the full sales cycle are essential for success in this role.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent. College degree in business/related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing sales in a corporate setting, and proven record of success with the entire sales process from planning to closing.
  • Significant experience using CRM platforms to find contacts, manage the sales process, forecast sales, and research, build, submit, and track RFPs.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and/or PowerPoint.
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy.
  • Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively.
  • Ability to analyze problems and problem-solve.
  • Must have good judgment and decision-making ability.
  • Ability to take initiative and exercise confidentiality.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Advanced time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company’s reach in multiple states.
  • Oversee local and regional sales and campaigns.
  • Coordinate all sales activities for the company.
  • Track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.
  • Make data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
  • Meet company sales goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients.
  • Identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
  • Define and execute territory sales plans.
  • All other duties, as assigned.
