Join a global leader where innovation meets sustainability—and where our people are the foundation of everything we do. SALES PROFESSIONAL, NEW ENGLAND TEAM Location: Field coverage for NEW ENGLAND . Home base location of BOSTON . Daily territory travel with some overnight. Compensation : Compensation: $80-$120k (base + commission + bonus). We’re immediately hiring for an industry-experienced ( flooring or tiling installation systems) SALES PROFESSIONAL with a customer-first, solution-driven mindset to drive territory growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience (flooring or tiling systems required)
  • Technical proficiency and familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements
  • High levels of business integrity, ethics and good professional judgement
  • High level of energy and enthusiasm for the industry. Solution driven and customer focused
  • Ability to travel daily within territory (some overnight)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Hands-on skills for field support; able to lift up to 70 lbs. (32kg) occasionally and carry up to 55 lbs. (25kg)

  • Must be legally permitted to work in Canada and be able to travel to the U.S. on occasion
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or minimum completed high school diploma with relevant work experience is required

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth of ARDEX and Henry products across your designated territory
  • Generate leads, win new business, and build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and architects
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and training sessions
  • Provide technical support and collaborate with corporate teams to ensure exceptional customer service
