About The Position
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Professional to join our team at East Lawn in Elk Grove, CA. This position is an opportunity to leverage your sales skills while helping families make important decisions regarding pre-planning funeral and cemetery services. East Lawn is a family owned, locally operated firm with three cemetery-funeral home combination facilities and a stand-alone funeral home in Sacramento CA. We are committed to delivering exceptional service and support to our community. We pride ourselves on our client-centric approach and dedication to providing personalized solutions that meet the unique needs of each individual. As a Family Service Counselor, you will build and maintain relationships, educate clients on the benefits of pre-planning, and guide them through our service options, helping them secure peace of mind for the future.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of achieving targets
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience required
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present to individuals and groups
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent ability to accurately maintain records
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Current CA Limited license or the ability to obtain one
