About The Position

Dutch Miller Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM is seeking a highly motivated and goal-driven Sales Professional to join our team in South Charleston, West Virginia. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to our valued customers. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred but not required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Proficient in basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership-specific software
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
A valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Listen to customers' needs and help them find the perfect vehicle to meet their requirements
Conduct test drives and highlight features and benefits of different vehicles
Negotiate pricing and financing options to reach a mutually beneficial agreement for both the customer and the dealership
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business
Meet or exceed sales goals and expectations set by the dealership
Collaborate with team members and managers to create a positive and successful sales environment
