Your Purpose as a Sales Professional: Serve as the lead ambassador in fostering a high-quality guest and employee experience. Demonstrate expert level proficiency of the sales process. Provide a transparent, engaging, and hassle-free guest buying journey. Observe the sales floor to ensure every guest and employee is having their needs met. Ensure sales and performance goals are met and work to create performance improvement plans as needed. Acquire and maintain current state sales license, completing continuing education requirements as needed. Responsible for controlling the sale, to secure each sale and ensure that every vehicle sold is delivered. Generate additional income through the sales of vehicle service contracts, GAP coverage, and maintenance plans. Establish and maintain good working relationships with several finance sources, including the manufacturer. Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc., before forwarding to accounting. Develop and monitor guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Other duties as required by leadership.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
  • Higher-end customer-facing experience (e.g., B2B sales, account management)
  • Relationship-building experience (e.g., real estate, luxury retail, hospitality or restaurant leadership)
