About The Position

The purpose of the Sales Professional is to establish trusted relationships with current and new partners for onsite and remote support. This position requires self-motivation and the ability to multi-task, prioritize commitments, and manage time effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven outside sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
  • B2B Sales: 2 years (minimum)
  • Route/Outside Sales: 2 years (minimum)
  • Customer Relationship Management: 2 years (minimum)
  • Driver's License (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain partner relationships
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional service and support throughout this process.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets within the B2B market segment.
  • Identify and prospect new partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at customer organizations, among others.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales engineers, product managers, and customer success teams, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competition, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.
