What We Offer Training & Growth : 14-week onboarding, quarterly training, and ongoing development to fuel your success. Compensation : Paid training, hourly base + commission on sales, delivery, and protection plans. ($50K -$55K annual) Schedule : 40-hour workweek | M–S 10–7, Sun 10–6 | Generous PTO with no blackout dates. Requirements
- Weekend and holiday availability (we’re closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter)
- Ability to lift 20–25 lbs and travel to Largo for training
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat attitude
- Comfort with POS systems and a passion for helping customers find the perfect fit
