Compensation: Paid training, hourly base + commission on sales, delivery, and protection plans. Schedule: 24 - 28-hour workweek | M–Sat 10–7, Sun 10–6 | Culture: Supportive, low-pressure, and team-driven environment where your wins are celebrated. What You Bring: Weekend and holiday availability - required (we’re closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter). Ability to lift 20–25 lbs and travel to Largo for training and a sales meeting twice per year.
