We’re hiring a Sales Professional to drive growth across the FLORIDA territory, from a preferred home-base location of FORT LAUDERDALE . Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years outside sales experience is essential.
  • Knowledge of flooring or tiling installation systems is required.
  • Technical proficiency and familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements is essential.
  • High levels of business integrity, ethics and good professional judgement
  • High level of energy and enthusiasm for the industry.
  • Solution driven and customer focused
  • Must be able to conduct product presentations and demonstrations confidently and professionally
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to travel daily throughout assigned territory, including some overnight.
  • Able to operate non power and power tools.
  • Good mechanical or hands-on skills to meet the needs of intensive and physically demanding field support and service
  • Able to lift to 70 pounds on occasion, with a carrying capability of 55 pounds.
  • Four (4) year college degree is preferred, or minimum completed high school diploma with relevant industry work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of ARDEX and Henry products
  • Win new business and grow existing accounts
  • Deliver product demos and presentations
  • Build relationships with contractors, architects, and distributors
  • Provide field support and technical recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional ARDEX service
  • Represent ARDEX with professionalism and integrity
