Commissioned Sales positions for Furniture, Mattresses and Interior Design Professionals at our newest Kittle’s Furniture store opening this year in Hamilton Town Center (Noblesville, IN). Requirements

Proven experience in commission furniture sales or related field is a plus
Strong communication skills
Your drive helps you exceed performance goals and metrics
You want to challenge yourself with our bonus pay in addition to your commission pay
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of different styles, materials, and trends

Responsibilities

Drive sales through outstanding customer service, creative selling, and extensive product knowledge
Cultivate strong customer relationships through exceptional service
Continuously learn and train on new furniture
Ensure customers are informed of order changes & updates
Maximize customer engagement by prospecting and following up with potential customers
Actively promote sales and finance offers to customers
