We're hiring a Sales & Production Coordinator - a unique hybrid role for someone who understands flooring installations and is ready to step into a sales-facing position. Requirements

  • Have 2+ years in flooring production or installation coordination
  • Are excited to transition into a sales/customer-facing role
  • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Enjoy managing projects and creating great customer experiences
  • Are comfortable with technology (we use tablets, CRMs, and digital sales tools)
  • Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Visit customers in their homes, assess project needs, and recommend flooring solutions
  • Present samples and designs using our Inspired Sales System
  • Close deals with a consultative, low-pressure approach focused on building trust
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with customers from sale to post-install
  • Follow up after installation to ensure satisfaction, collect reviews, and build referrals
  • Create and manage job folders, work orders, and installation timelines
  • Order materials, coordinate deliveries, and stage jobs for install
  • Schedule and oversee subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, and professionalism
  • Conduct job-site walkthroughs before, during, and after installation
  • Manage change orders, address issues, and serve as the on-site point of contact
  • Ensure jobs are delivered on time, on budget, and with high customer satisfaction
  • Re-engage old leads and manage your active pipeline
  • Participate in local events, home shows, and neighborhood canvassing
  • Support our brand presence through community networking and visibility
