Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
• Ability to work well with team members and customers
• Attention to organization and detail
• Responsible use of equipment, inventory, and store resources
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service, assisting shoppers with product selection and purchases
• Operate the cash register and POS system accurately
• Sort, organize, and prepare donated merchandise for the sales floor
• Help keep racks and displays organized, attractive, and easy to shop
• Maintain stock rotation and ensure merchandise is replenished as needed
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Keep the processing and sales areas clean, safe, and well-organized
• Follow merchandising standards, including display maintenance, sizing, color coordination, and product classification
• Support store operations with additional tasks as needed
