Requirements
- Proven sales experience is required (RV, automotive, powersports, banking, finance, or other commission-based sales backgrounds are all welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with structured sales processes and performance goals
- Self-motivated, positive, and competitive—in a healthy, team-first way
- Professional, coachable, and eager to grow with an expanding company
- RV experience is not required —we can train product knowledge. Sales experience and a winning mindset are a must.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through a consultative, relationship-driven sales process
- Present and demonstrate products with confidence, enthusiasm, and product knowledge
- Build value, overcome objections, and close deals professionally
- Follow up with leads and nurture long-term customer relationships
- Work closely with management and support teams to deliver a top-tier buying experience
- Represent a well-established brand while helping launch and grow a brand-new location
