About The Position
As a Product Solutions Manager in Healthcare Payments, you will lead a team responsible for defining and configuring complex solutions tailored to meet the needs of key clients in the for-profit, middle-market Healthcare Services sector. This role emphasizes collaboration with Sales teams to deliver customized product solutions, acting as the voice of the customer, and driving the adoption of client-facing products. You will oversee a team of Product Solution Managers, manage team quotas, and ensure that solutions align with client objectives while communicating critical feedback to Product teams.
