About The Position

Sales Product Advisor - Tullahoma Retail Showroom Pool and Spa Depot is Middle Tennessee's most trusted and fastest growing spa and pool retailer with nine locations, including southern Kentucky and northern Alabama. Our customer- focused service platform, strong promotional calendar, outstanding inventory selection as a member of the Millennium Buying Group, allow us to bring the finest and most advanced pools, spas, saunas, chemicals and services to our customers. Our local manufacturing resources, professional pool building expertise and 29- year-old family- owned core truly set us apart in all our markets. We are interviewing qualified candidates for Product Advisor at our showroom in Tullahoma, TN. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in big-ticket sales (e.g., furniture, flooring, appliances). A background in home improvement and/or pool and spa products is preferred, but not required if transferable skills are demonstrated. Our best Product Advisors earn over $100k+, based on initiative and experience. Having flexibility for overtime and weekends; peak season may require up to six days/week. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Convert showroom visitors into committed buyers by delivering a consultative sales approach that creates wins for customers, the company, and YOU.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and in all follow-ups using the SharpSpring platform.
  • Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Leverage in-depth product knowledge to guide customers through high-value purchasing decisions across our extensive range of products and services.
  • Demonstrate accuracy in completing sales documentation and entering data into Counterpoint, vTiger, and SharpSpring systems.
  • Help maintain a well-presented showroom by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and strategic merchandising.
  • Actively participate in sales events and initiatives to drive revenue and expand customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including sales, service, installation, delivery, construction, and administration to ensure seamless follow-up and customer satisfaction.
