The Sales Practitioner- Financial Services / F&A will gain recognition for domain expertise and earning endorsements from sales and account teams, develop a qualified pipeline and personal impact on key wins and support RFP processes in the Insurance and Capital Markets area, from beginning to contract signature.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting with outsourced / managed services solutions experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing global teams

Nice To Haves

  • Must have experience within Finance & Accounting in one or more of the following areas: Group Insurance, Personal Insurance, Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, or Retirement Recordkeeping

  • Industry Insight- experience in a minimum of 1-2 industries.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a domain specialist in client origination.
  • Build trust-based relationships
  • Have a passion for business development and collaboration across diverse groups
  • Work in a fast-paced, quickly evolving environment
  • Interface with clients to understand their issues and provide solutions.
  • Create a trusted relationship with the client and understand and capture the client's situation and challenges.
  • Animate client workshops on value identification and solutioning.
  • Build a compelling story with clients for how Accenture will partner with them to achieve the value they desire.
  • Be an active member of the pre-sales ecosystem, develop a winning value proposition maximizing the benefits of managed services engagement model.
  • Keep elevating our managed services value proposition for Insurance
  • Influence strategic direction for the type of opportunities to pursue and the appropriate approach to use for each.
