About The Position

Sales Porter Don Davis Nissan is looking to acquire a qualified Porter for our Sales Department. The Porter is responsible for moving, parking, cleaning, and keeping vehicles in great working condition. This individual will assist the Sales Department to accommodate the needs of car buyers and visitors at the manager's request. As a leading dealer group, we continue to provide the highest quality buying experience and we need you to accompany us and join our growing successful family! Job functions include but not limited to: Maintains the quality of vehicle inventory and performance by cleaning the exterior and interior of vehicles. The Porter maintains all vehicle fluids as needed and replaces batteries when necessary. Performs vehicle damage inspections and monitors the inventory of vehicles. The Porter provides key tags for vehicles if necessary. Drives vehicles to and from parking lot and service lane and stalls, as required. The Porter examines components, equipment, and vehicle cleanliness, damage, and compliance with standards and regulations. Reassembles vehicles as directed by the General Manager and adheres to dealership display standards. The Porter preserves a tidy and secure location for the parking lot.

Requirements

Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles
Capability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
Great attitude and flexible schedule- Saturdays are REQUIRED
Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Ability to understand and comprehend simple, maintenance instructions.
Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the United States.
Applicants must have a valid driver's license and must complete the pre-employment screening.
