Position Overview We’re searching for a Plumbing Salesperson with a strong sales mindset and a team-player attitude . This is a non-install position — your primary focus will be sales, customer relationships, and closing deals . You’ll visit customers in their homes, diagnose plumbing issues, present tailored solutions, and confidently close sales that deliver real value. Requirements

  • Sales-focused mindset — you love helping customers say “yes.”
  • Proven success in consultative or in-home sales (plumbing or home services experience preferred).
  • Strong communicator with the ability to explain solutions clearly and confidently.
  • Goal-driven and competitive , but always willing to help the team win.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with tools like ServiceTitan (we’ll train you).
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners to assess plumbing concerns and provide repair or replacement options.
  • Present multiple solutions using the company’s pricing tool and confidently close sales.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and long-term relationships.
  • Follow up on open estimates and unsold opportunities to maximize conversions.
  • Work closely with the plumbing and dispatch teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to install.
  • Represent Bumble Bee’s values of honesty, integrity, and professionalism on every call.
  • Participate in team meetings, sales training, and ongoing coaching sessions to stay sharp and improve performance.
