The Sales Planning Manager plays a critical role in driving efficiency, accuracy, and rigor throughout the sales process. Acting as the operational backbone, this individual, in partnership with cross-functional partners, develops and manages sales forecasts and ensures data integrity across systems and trackers. This position will function as a strategic partner to implement and manage sales planning forecasts across both digital and commercial channels. The chosen candidate must develop strong cross-functional relationships, particularly with marketing, finance, operations teams and across the commercial organization. Additionally, the chosen candidate must have strong communication skills and be able to present data insights to Sales and Marketing leadership in a concise and confident manner. This position will play a key role in all channels by conducting high-quality analysis, proactively identifying trends, and synthesizing multiple data sources to derive clear sales plans and recommendations for growth. Insight into action is imperative. This role requires independence and the ability to actively identify opportunities through storytelling, analytics, and insights.
