Come join us at Corporate HQ for Summer 2026! Our Sales Planning Team is offering students hands-on, real-world experience within the company over a 10-12 week period. Come experience an inside look in the world of Customer Marketing, Business Planning, consumer packaged goods and food production.

Working with a summer mentor learning different aspects of how Commercial Strategy and Business Planning works while getting hands-on, real world work experience.
Business areas include but are not limited to: Sales Planning, Revenue Growth Management, Category Management, Sales, Product Marketing and Finance.
Complete a project that will utilize the skills learned during the internship. Provide weekly project updates to manager. Present final project at the end of internship.
Understand Business Planning functions (i.e. customer planning, assortment, pricing strategies, promotional activities, etc.).
Understand the Sales Process and the relationship between retailers and CPG manufacturers.
Gain basic understanding of shipment and consumption data, using Circana and Power BI Tools.
Understanding of customer profitability analysis and program financials.

This position is open to graduate and undergraduate students.
Must be enrolled in an accredited university in a relevant field of study. Sales, Marketing, Business Degree or related majors preferred.
Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA or higher.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new tools and software.
Have strong communication skills, including written and verbal.
Must be able to work independently or in teams.

3.25 GPA or higher is highly preferred.
Completed at least 2 college-level Sales and Marketing Classes.
Student extra-curricular experiences.
