Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in merchandise, retail and/or wholesale planning.
• Ability to set strategy and prioritize projects.
• Strong partnering, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, especially Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, V-lookups).
• Ability to quickly learn new systems (Retailer's portals, SAP, BI).

Responsibilities

• Work with each brand's cross-functional teams to provide planning support to achieve brand's business objectives.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with brand sales teams and communicate daily/weekly regarding business.
• Build relationships with design/product development and attend product meetings.
• Provide ad hoc reports for merchandise planning.
• Ensure creation and analysis of retail sales results reports.
• Provide necessary analysis to help develop omni-channel business.
• Analyze key accounts and channels and/or segments financial and consumer data to provide insights and opportunities.
• Effectively communicate trends, analysis, and variability to selling and inventory management plans.
• Responsible for sales trend analysis to determine receipts need by category.
