About The Position

You will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and deal negotiations. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• 1.5+ years of media experience required.
• Well-organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Effective communicator with internal and external counterparts.
• Knowledge of media math (CPM, reweights, rating calculations).
• Experience with sales planning and C-post systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

• Digital experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create linear and digital media plans based on pricing and planning direction.
• Assist in pricing negotiations and maximize revenue potential.
• Track individual deal delivery and execute solutions for liabilities or over-deliveries.
• Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns from pitch to activation.
• Assist in ad hoc projects and analyses for Revenue Sales teams.
• Coordinate with Ad Ops regarding the timing and execution of on-air elements.
• Resolve billing issues and discrepancies with sales and clients.
• Mentor and help develop Sales Assistants.
