About The Position

The Sales Pilot is a front-facing brand ambassador responsible for creating meaningful, welcoming, and informed guest experiences at NaSah’s Tullahoma. This role is ideal for someone passionate about self-care, wellness, and community who thrives in a collaborative environment where teamwork makes the dream work . As a Sales Pilot, you will guide guests through NaSah’s natural, vegan retail offerings, support express self-care experiences, and help ensure that every guest truly leaves better . While this is a new location, NaSah’s is a well-established Tennessee-born brand with a rich history and a strong culture rooted in care, intention, and excellence.

Requirements

  • Passion for wellness, self-care, beauty, or holistic living
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfort learning product knowledge and service offerings
  • Reliability, punctuality, and accountability
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
  • Willingness to complete required training and assessments
  • Background check clearance required

  • Previous retail, hospitality, or service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet every guest warmly and create a calm, welcoming environment
  • Guide guests through NaSah’s product categories with confidence and care
  • Educate guests on product ingredients, benefits, and holistic use (without medical claims)
  • Support guests in selecting items for personal use or gifting
  • Encourage repeat visits by building authentic relationships
  • Accurately process transactions in a cashless environment
  • Support booking, check-in, and flow for express services as needed
  • Uphold NaSah’s brand voice: calm, grounded, inclusive, empowering, and approachable.
  • Communicate the NaSah’s story, mission, and values clearly and consistently.
  • Represent NaSah’s with professionalism both in-store and in the community
  • Support community events, activations, and exceptional experiences as scheduled
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing retail displays
  • Support restocking, inventory awareness, and merchandising standards
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures as scheduled
  • Protect confidential and proprietary company information at all times
  • Demonstrate initiative and thoughtful decision-making aligned with SOPs
  • Escalate issues appropriately while maintaining guest trust
  • Support teammates during busy periods
  • Contribute observations and ideas to improve guest experience and operations.
