Sales Personnel/Auto Sales Representative
About The Position
Sells/leases new & used vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards. Car Salesmen have a variety of responsibilities, ranging from meeting, greeting and prospecting customers to identifying appropriate inventory, negotiating sales prices and mentioning additional products that the Finance Department will explain in the business office. The profession is competitive, but engaging and knowledgeable car salesmen often find success in this fast-paced business. People working within the automotive retail industry often have to work extended hours, evenings and weekends to achieve their goals.
Requirements

- Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in's & out's.

- Clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Be the vehicle expert. Know the in's & the out's of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
- Directly report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.
