ECHO is hiring a Sales Performance Specialist ! In this role, the Sales Performance Specialist supports the sales organization in the outdoor power equipment business by accurately tracking budgets, maintaining up-to-date pricing, and providing essential sales performance insights. This role ensures sales decisions are grounded in reliable data and that pricing and budget processes run smoothly across teams. The salary range is $65,000-$75,000 based on experience and qualifications. This is a hybrid position that will offer the flexibility of working from home and on-site at our Lake Zurich facility. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales and customer support roles.
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities, with a proven track record of evaluating key business drivers, trends, and operational metrics.
  • Exceptional operational execution skills, including strategic planning, effective problem‑solving, and removing obstacles to drive results.
  • Demonstrated success as a collaborative member of cross‑functional teams.
  • Highly effective communicator with the ability to influence and partner across multiple organizational levels.
  • Proven talent for building and maintaining long‑term, meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate pricing updates across internal systems and communicate changes to stakeholders.
  • Perform pricing reviews to ensure market competitiveness and profitability.
  • Evaluate financial impacts of pricing changes and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Partner with product management, finance, and sales teams on pricing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain annual and quarterly sales budgets; monitor performance and analyze variances.
  • Support sales leadership with accurate financial forecasting and reporting.
  • Implement and enforce operational procedures, guidelines, and compliance controls.
  • Act as subject matter expert for sales support tools and technologies.
  • Investigate dispute and sales data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Define and track KPIs, sales incentives, and productivity metrics; prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
  • Deliver analytical support for sales programs, promotions, and strategic initiatives.
  • Gather and analyze cross-functional data to drive process improvements and actionable recommendations.
  • Respond to inquiries from sales and related teams, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives including growth, process optimization, and cross-functional projects.
  • Document sales operations processes and conduct gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
