As a Sales Performance Manager, you will drive innovation and optimize store processes and tools to enhance operational efficiency. You will oversee key performance indicators (KPIs), deliver actionable sales intelligence, and provide accurate forecasting to support strategic commercial decisions. Your efforts will directly contribute to maximizing sales performance while ensuring exceptional in-store customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, engineering or another relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a retail setting
  • Experience with a multinational or global organization preferred
  • Proven experience budgeting and forecasting skills within a retail organization
  • Proficient in Power BI
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular feedback to Area Managers and stores including actionable insights.
  • Forecast short- and mid-term sales using historical data and business insights.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, Marketing, and Supply Chain to enhance tools and processes.
