The Sales Performance Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analysing, and optimising the performance of Salesforce CRM and related processes. This role combines technical Salesforce expertise with strong analytical skills to ensure data integrity, improve system efficiency, and provide actionable insights that drive sales and operational performance. This role is central to improving sales productivity, forecasting accuracy, and overall revenue performance. The role reports to Director of Events and works closely with the Farmers Guardian Director, as well as colleagues in sales, marketing, operations, and IT.
