You will: Go out and win new business Build relationships with decision-makers Close deals and grow your book Compensation includes base + uncapped commission. There is no ceiling on what you can earn.
Requirements
- 1–3 years in sales, recruiting, or business development
- Competitive and results-driven
- Comfortable with outreach and rejection
- Strong communicator who can build trust quickly
- Motivated by income, growth, and ownership
