We're a fast-growing, customer-focused company with a passion for power, performance, and the thrill of the ride. We’re looking for a driven, self-motivated salesperson to join our team. If you're passionate about outdoor recreation and powersports—and love helping people find the perfect ride—you’ll fit right in. You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through the sales process, from first contact to final delivery, while delivering top-notch customer service every step of the way.

Requirements

Proven sales experience (powersports, automotive, or outdoor equipment sales preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Ability to work weekends and peak seasons as needed
Basic computer proficiency (CRM knowledge is a plus)
A passion for powersports and the outdoor lifestyle

Responsibilities

Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable powersports vehicles and accessories
Maintain in-depth knowledge of current inventory, financing options, and promotions
Follow up with leads and past customers to drive repeat business
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Coordinate with service and parts departments to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product releases
