The Sales Outfitter performs various selling and customer service activities, including greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, and providing information, assistance, and direction. This role supports a strong commitment to world-class customer service, ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience. Responsibilities include demonstrating products, replenishing shelves according to merchandising guidelines, maintaining product expertise through ongoing training, staying knowledgeable of advertised sales, and assisting with seasonal floor merchandise moves. The Sales Outfitter is also responsible for restocking merchandise, keeping the work area clean and well-stocked, and adhering to all company policies and procedures. A key aspect of the role is providing a legendary experience for every customer by assisting them in making buying decisions through identifying and evaluating their needs, making product recommendations, and promoting programs such as CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up.
