The Sales Outfitter performs various Selling / Customer Service activities, including greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, and providing information, assistance, and direction. This role supports a strong commitment to world-class customer service, ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers. Key responsibilities include demonstrating products, replenishing shelves according to merchandising guidelines, maintaining product expertise through ongoing training, and staying knowledgeable about advertised sales, pricing, and signing. The Sales Outfitter also assists with seasonal floor merchandise moves, restocks merchandise, and keeps the work area clean, neat, and well-stocked. A core part of the role is to provide a legendary experience for every customer by assisting them in making buying decisions, identifying and evaluating their needs, making product recommendations, and promoting programs such as CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick-up. The position requires adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures.
