The Sales Outfitter - Firearms is responsible for maintaining Counter Sales and Customer Service for Firearms along with Floor and Counter Sales of other Hunting Merchandise. This role involves various selling and customer service activities, including greeting customers, handling merchandise with care, and providing information and assistance. The Sales Outfitter is expected to deliver world-class customer service, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience by assisting customers in making buying decisions, identifying their needs, making product recommendations, and promoting company programs such as CLUB membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick up. Key duties also include ensuring thorough and accurate completion of 4473 Forms, demonstrating products, organizing and maintaining merchandise at the gun counter, replenishing shelves according to merchandising guidelines, and staying knowledgeable about products and advertised sales. The position also requires assisting with seasonal floor merchandise moves, maintaining a clean work area, and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
