As a Sales Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting both our sales team and external partners — ensuring smooth processes, accurate execution, and professional communication at every step. This role is essential to helping SBG scale efficiently while maintaining the high level of service our clients and partners expect.

  • Support Account Executives with timely updates and clear communication.
  • Manage high-volume operational workflows, including processing inbound emails and tracking SLAs.
  • Solve problems and improve processes related to assignment rules and compliance workflows.
  • Create more efficient reporting systems.
  • Adapt quickly to new systems, including Salesforce and Outlook.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) required.
  • Strong attention to detail with outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Clear and professional communication skills; able to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Quick to learn new systems and tools.
  • Resilient, coachable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
