About The Position

The Senior Sales Operations Support Manager will oversee and manage multiple back-office sales operations areas, ensuring efficient administrative processes across the Southeast offices. This role involves direct collaboration with administrative staff and managers to enhance customer service, sales order entry, contracts, accounts payable/receivable, billing, and auditing. The position also focuses on training and developing team members while supporting mid and senior management with operational objectives and reporting.

Requirements

  • Business degree preferred with a minimum of five years of Administrative Management experience.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in Administration Operations Management or Multi-Branch Administration Management.
  • Minimum of ten years of management experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience managing administrative staff and managers, reporting, customer service, sales order entry, contracts, A/P, A/R, billing, invoicing, call taking/scheduling, and auditing.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with ERP and CRM systems is important.
  • Excellent communication and customer relation skills, high sense of urgency, exceptional problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, train, and develop managers and personnel in sales operations back-office areas.
  • Ensure back-office operations and protocols are followed in customer service, sales order entry, contracts, A/P, A/R, billing, invoicing, and auditing.
  • Travel to Southeast Satellite Offices to work directly with administrative and customer service personnel.
  • Support mid and senior management with operational objectives and business initiatives.
  • Lead team meetings and participate in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes.
  • Promote team building, health and wellness, and community volunteering activities.
