About The Position

The Sales Operations Strategist, internally titled Account Strategist, Sales Operations, is responsible for executing world-class Go-To-Market (GTM) architectures and Salesforce configurations. This role transforms clients' CRM environments into high-velocity revenue engines by acting as the technical champion. While the Director of RevOps defines the high-level architecture and leads the pitches, the Strategist owns the execution within Salesforce, ensuring flawless data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting. Key attributes for this role include technical prowess in Salesforce, a consultant mindset to understand and explain solutions, agency DNA for efficient multi-client work, and a precision-obsessed approach to testing and deployment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of deep Salesforce Administration/Strategy experience.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce Flows (Workflows and Process Builder are "dinosaurs" to you).
  • Experience with the modern RevOps stack: LeanData, Gong, Outreach/Salesloft, and CPQ tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently without dropping the ball.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.

Nice To Haves

  • SaaS experience preferred (for Salesforce Administration/Strategy).
  • 2+ years in a client-facing agency or consultancy is highly preferred.
  • Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Execute world-class GTM architectures and Salesforce configurations that transform clients' CRM environments into high-velocity revenue engines.
  • Own the execution of the blueprint within Salesforce, ensuring data hygiene, routing logic, and reporting are flawless.
  • Ask "Why?" and explain to a Sales Manager why a specific validation rule is going to save their team 5 hours a week.
  • Be disciplined with time-tracking and thrive in a high-velocity, multi-client environment.
  • Push a Flow to production only after testing it in a Sandbox first.
