This is a fully and permanently remote work from home opportunity with a growing and stable company available in select states across the US: AZ, FL, GA, ID, KS, LA, MI, MN, NC, NE, TX, UT, VA, MO. Requirements

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old
  • Over 2 years of experience in sales or a related business field
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with customer relations management (CRM) programs, with a preference for Salesforce experience
  • Proficiency in using databases and spreadsheets
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Critical thinkers and problem solvers
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across various departments to drive initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in an autonomous environment as a self-directed, independent worker
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must meet work from home requirements to qualify
  • Complete continuing education based upon current certifications

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, monitor, and provide insights on essential sales metrics
  • Create, sustain, and enhance Salesforce dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to showcase performance indicators
  • Spot opportunities for sales training and organize weekly schedules
  • Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to craft and execute Salesforce reporting solutions that cater to diverse stakeholder requirements
  • Guarantee data accuracy in Salesforce by overseeing audits and resolving any inconsistencies
  • Oversee and fine-tune the data structures, hierarchies, and user permissions within the sales software stack to ensure they align with organizational workflows
  • Contribute to sales forecasting and strategic planning by delivering precise, timely data-driven insights
  • Educate and assist end-users on Salesforce reporting tools and best practices for effective data management
  • Perform administrative tasks such as training coordination, workflow management, tool implementation, communication, and scheduling
  • Comprehend, refresh, and uphold the Salesforce design, tools, fields, and overall structure
  • Manage incentive programs
  • Review and analyze all contracts and supplemental sales materials
  • Perform other duties as required
