About The Position

An Operations Specialist (OS) is a mid-level position at Supreme Orthopedic Systems, LLC (SOS). The OS will work with a team of experienced Operations Specialists and will be responsible for order fulfillment and logistics, shipping and receiving, inventory audits, and communicating with sales reps. Supreme Orthopedics works with medical devices that are used in surgery. There is an increased importance on quality control and attention to detail.

Requirements

• General understanding of the medical device industry is preferred
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Support Operations & Sales Representatives to the best of their abilities including but not limited to handling inbound & outbound shipping needs - Fedex, UPS, etc.
• Helping manage Fedex billing on behalf of the Ops team, for each sales team
• Delivering instruments/implants to/from the warehouse in preparation for upcoming surgical cases or after the completion of surgical cases
• Building and maintaining beneficial relationships with the Supreme Sales Representatives, Arthrex, as well as any surgeons, physician assistants, nurses, technologists, key administration and purchasing personnel from hospitals
• Achieving operations goals and key business metrics by executing the territory's strategies and tactics
• Other key responsibilities include new product introductions and communicating pricing/billing in line with company policies
