SUMMARY: The Sales Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting Franchise Development by ensuring the accurate, compliant, and timely processing of franchise applications and agreements for The UPS Store franchise opportunity. This position works cross‑functionally with Sales, Real Estate, Legal, Transfers, Accounting, and Finance to coordinate the documentation, payments, and approvals required to award franchise licenses.
