About The Position

Maleda Tech is seeking a motivated and people-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support the growth of a fast-expanding in-home services marketplace. In this role, you will act as a local ambassador in the Miami area, engaging directly with small business owners and service professionals to introduce new opportunities, generate interest, and guide them through early onboarding steps. This is a highly hands-on, field-based role ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, enjoys face-to-face conversations, and has a strong connection to the local Miami community.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or community-facing roles
  • Comfortable initiating conversations through cold outreach, in-person engagement, and phone calls
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an authentic, approachable style
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple leads and conversations across channels
  • Curious, proactive, and resourceful mindset with a willingness to test new outreach approaches
  • Fluency in Spanish (required)
  • Based in Miami, FL, with strong local market knowledge

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with small business owners, independent operators, or side-hustle entrepreneurs is a plus
  • Familiarity with community platforms such as Facebook Groups, Reddit, or Nextdoor is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential service partners through in-person outreach, local networking, community engagement, and targeted research
  • Conduct compelling, in-person sales conversations that clearly communicate value and convert interest into qualified leads
  • Initiate and support early onboarding steps, collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff
  • Build trust with small business owners by listening to their needs and addressing questions with clarity and professionalism
  • Gather local market insights and feedback to help inform outreach strategies and improve the overall experience
