Requirements

Work authorization to operate in the United States.
Bachelorâs degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
Availability to work in the Mountain Time Zone.
Experience managing confidential information.
Strong communication skills across functions and levels.
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Highly organized with prioritization skills under time pressure.

Responsibilities

Manage travel arrangements and ensure compliance with procedures.
Assist in the creation of presentations by compiling data and finalizing materials.
Coordinate onboarding for new sales members, ensuring readiness on day one.
Act as a liaison for regional sales teams and internal partners.
Maintain and manage schedules for meetings and appointments.
Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring compliance with policies.
Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings.
Support monthly reporting on sales snapshots and market updates.
