About The Position

The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for optimizing and supporting the entire sales process, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, marketing, partner, and delivery teams. This role focuses on process improvement, data management, documentation, and operational support to drive sales efficiency and organizational growth. Additionally, this role will be responsible for Ramp Sales Executive relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Process Management Define, document, and standardize sales processes, including lead generation, CRM input, sales-to-delivery handoffs, and contract management.
  • Oversee the transition of client information from sales to project management, ensuring all critical details are captured and communicated for smooth project initiation.
  • Maintain and update sales documentation, including quotes, contracts, and client profiles.
  • Business Development & Client Outreach Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by reaching out to prospective clients, engaging with Ramp Sales Executives, and active prospect extraction from CBH partners and consultants.
  • Conduct product pitches and demonstrations, with a focus on promoting solutions to drive engagement and close deals.
  • Track and report on sales activities, wins, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Oversee the sales process with clients from initial introduction through the transition to delivery.
  • Relationship Management Develop and nurture strategic relationships with external partners, as well as internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with partner organizations to identify joint opportunities, coordinate marketing efforts, and maximize mutual success.
  • Serve as a liaison between the company and its partners to ensure alignment on goals, deliverables, and client satisfaction.
  • Operational Support Collaborate with marketing to coordinate events, webinars, and digital campaigns that support sales objectives.
  • Manage and maintain sales and marketing email lists, ensuring accurate segmentation for targeted outreach.
  • Create and maintain standardized file structures to support efficient information sharing.
  • Data & Systems Management Ensure accurate and timely entry of leads and opportunities into CRM systems.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with internal teams (marketing, project management, accounting, IT) to support the full sales cycle.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales and delivery teams, including organizing handoff meetings and ensuring all deliverables are prepared.
  • Continuous Improvement Identify and implement process improvements to accelerate the sales cycle and enhance client experience.
  • Support the development and rollout of partner programs and new product offerings.
