About The Position

The Sales Operations role is critical to driving sales velocity and supporting the SuperVision, commercial fleet team in delivering revenue targets & projections. This position will provide support with implementation of new product launches, RFP processing, pricing updates, data analytics, and reporting. Sales Operations will be responsible for the key role of CRM (SalesForce) administrator, responsible for maintaining and supporting all CRM activities and overall platform maintenance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) required
  • Minimum 3+ years Sales Operations/Administration experience
  • Strong experience working with and administering Salesforce CRM
  • Advanced Excel capabilities
  • Experience working with Sales, Marketing and Executive Leaders
  • Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness
  • Must possess good judgment, excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred effective communication in English (both verbal and written)
  • A track record of delivering high quality customer service and support in a customer focused environment
  • Experience in the commercial fleet market and/or SaaS based environment is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain professional and effective communication with internal and external account managers and ensure you always deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage data integrity of CRM (Salesforce.com); provide analysis, create reports, and build dashboards to bring insights to sales reps and sales managers within the region.
  • RFP process fulfilment and execution.
  • Ensure robust customer set-ups and fulfilment processes are processed and implemented efficiently, assisting the sales teams deliver their revenue targets.
  • Suggest recommendations to improve efficiency and service.
  • Make outbound calls or send e-mails to gather more information or to update customers on progress, as required.
  • Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis.
  • Support the smooth implementation of new products.
